WHAT IS THE INTERNAL CHAT-MESSAGING FEATURE?
The Messaging feature is a chat system embedded into the MarketForce app, that enables team leaders and agents to communicate faster. Every chat comes with real-time presence, so all team members can see who is working on a particular task. They don’t need to leave the app and go to other places to receive updates or ask questions to their team leads. Team leaders can create group chats to discuss with the sales agents on any deal changes and can offer guidance and coaching to get a deal back on track. The Messaging feature can be activated or deactivated at any point in time by admin users, so to personalize the MarketForce system to your company’s policies and practices.
